2. In brief
- This website does not set any cookies.
- There are no visitor statistics, no tracking and no advertising.
- No content from other providers is embedded. The font is hosted on our own web space.
- We only receive data from you if you send the form or write us an email.
3. Visiting the website
The website is hosted on web space provided by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The server is located in Germany, and the provider stores backups in France. When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data: your IP address, the date and time of access, the file accessed, the page you came from and information about your browser and operating system.
This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it running securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the stable and secure operation of the website. We have a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The provider stores these log files for a limited period and deletes them afterwards. We do not combine them with other data.
The website is only transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). This also applies to the details you send via the form.
4. The form “Book an intro call”
When you send the form, we process the details you provide: name, company, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and your message. We use these details to answer your request and to arrange the intro call.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request aims at a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is answering your request.
A program on our web space receives the details and sends them as an email to our mailbox. The request is not stored on the web space. To prevent misuse, the server counts how many requests come from one IP address. For this purpose, a pseudonymised short value (hash) of the IP address is stored temporarily. A random value that changes daily is included in it. These short values are deleted regularly.
We delete your request once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Email
If you write us an email, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal bases are the same as for the form.
Our mailbox is provided by Google Workspace, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We have a data processing agreement with Google. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right
- to receive information about the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- to have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- to have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
- to have processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR),
- to receive your data in a common format (Art. 20 GDPR),
- to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.
7. Further information
You are not obliged to provide us with any data. Without your name, company and email address, however, we cannot answer a request sent via the form. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
